On day 2 & 3 you will move from your initial idea to creating a testable prototype.
Learn to fully understand the customers’ needs and how to sketch solutions in no time. With the right tools & techniques, you will spark ideas and get the most out of your teams’ creativity and expertise. At the end of day 3, you will test your MVP with customers.
During day 4 & 5 you will gain the skills to facilitate a sprint.
This will be an experimental journey, where you’ll improve your own communication skills and learn how to encourage participation, manage difficult group dynamics and handle tricky sprint situations.
