Successful innovation events transform routine work into exciting projects, leaving participants inspired and eager for more. Our AI Design Sprint Hackathon provides genuine purpose, making employees feel valued and showing that the event is a platform for real impact.
Define the areas for AI Opportunities
Start with a strategic workshop involving senior leadership to identify the best areas for AI innovation within your organization.
Identify Real AI Use Cases
Problem Framing: Through focused workshops, we uncover genuine AI use cases where innovation can make a meaningful impact on users’ lives.
Use a Standardized Process
Design Sprint Methodology: In just 3 days, teams ideate, prototype, and validate AI solutions using a proven, replicable process.
Leverage Domain and AI Expertise
Design Sprints tap into your team’s domain expertise, while AI coaches ensure ideas are feasible and practical.
AI Opportunity Mapping Workshop with Senior Leadership
The AI Opportunity Mapping Workshop is a one-day intensive session designed to educate your senior leadership team on AI capabilities, uncover potential business opportunities, and lay the groundwork for successful AI adoption.
Problem Framing Workshop with Middle Management
Building on the insights from the AI Opportunity Mapping Workshop, the next step is a one-day Problem Framing Workshop designed specifically for middle management. This session focuses on diving deeper into a selected AI area of opportunity within a specific vertical of your organization.
Innovation Rally
Following the opportunity mapping, we organize an Innovation Rally—a 1-hour virtual session across the company to increase AI awareness, build excitement, and recruit employees interested in working on the selected challenges. This event energizes your workforce and encourages widespread participation in the AI initiatives.
Teams Formation & Onboarding
We assemble three diverse, cross-functional teams, each consisting of 7-9 experts and an external AI expert. Each team then attends a 1-hour online integration session to familiarize themselves with the sprint’s process, mindset, and specific challenge.
AI Foundations and Prompting Seminar
Teams learn about AI prompting best practices, AI potential and limitations during a 4-hour highly practical online session.
Day 1 - Understand & Define
Teams focus on building a strong foundation by deeply understanding the problem space and defining their goals.
Day 2 - Ideate & Decide
On Day 2, the focus shifts to ideation and decision-making to transform understanding into actionable solutions.
Day 3 - Prototype & Test
On Day 3, teams concentrate on bringing their solutions to life and validating them with real users.
Pitching & Demo Session Across the Company
Following the hackathon, we organize a company-wide Pitching & Demo Session. This event provides an opportunity for teams to showcase their AI solutions to stakeholders, leadership, and employees across the organization.
Reporting
Following the hackathon and the company-wide Pitching & Demo Session, Design Sprint Facilitators conduct a thorough Reporting phase. This involves documenting the entire sprint process, capturing progress, outcomes, and testing results.
